By accessing the website, placing an order or purchasing a product, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2. Products and information
NEOTEMPO SRL sells wristwatches and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices accurate and current. Product colours may vary slightly depending on the customer’s display settings.
Product availability is updated periodically. If an ordered product is no longer available, the customer will be contacted and offered an alternative product or cancellation of the order.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are stated in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include applicable taxes.
NEOTEMPO SRL may change its prices and promotions. An order that has already been confirmed will be charged at the price communicated to the customer when the order was confirmed.
If an obvious error is identified in a product’s price or description, the customer will be informed before the order is processed.
4. Placing and confirming an order
Orders may be placed through neotempo.md, by telephone or through other communication channels made available by NEOTEMPO SRL.
The customer may receive an automated notification after placing an order. The sales contract is considered concluded after product availability has been checked and the order has been confirmed by a NEOTEMPO representative.
The customer must provide accurate and complete information. NEOTEMPO SRL is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Payment methods
The following payment methods are available:
• online by Visa or Mastercard through the Paynet payment system;
• cash payment to the courier upon delivery;
• bank card payment to the courier, where this option is available;
• cash or bank card payment in a store;
• instalment payment, subject to the available terms and approval by the financial institution;
• bank transfer.
Online transactions are securely processed by Paynet. NEOTEMPO SRL does not collect or store complete bank card details.
A payment may be declined by the payment processor or the card-issuing bank. The customer should contact the issuing bank for further information about a declined payment.
6. Delivery
Delivery of orders throughout the Republic of Moldova is free of charge.
The expected delivery time and method are communicated when the order is confirmed and may vary depending on the customer’s location, product availability and the courier’s operating schedule.
Upon delivery, the customer should inspect the package and confirm that the product corresponds to the order. Any visible damage or discrepancy should be reported to NEOTEMPO SRL as soon as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
For products purchased online, the consumer may withdraw from the contract and request a return within 14 calendar days, subject to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
To initiate a return, the customer must contact NEOTEMPO SRL at 069019150 or office@neotempo.md and provide the order number and details of the product being returned.
The product must be returned with its packaging, accessories, documents, warranty certificate and all other supplied items. The customer is responsible for preserving the product and may handle it only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation.
The product must not show damage, signs of wear, scratches, alterations, unauthorised intervention or other use exceeding a normal inspection.
Every return request will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law. Refunds will be issued through an available lawful method, generally using the original payment method, after the returned product has been received and inspected.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products excluded by law, including products made or personalised to the customer’s specifications, where applicable.
8. Warranty
The warranty period depends on the product’s brand and model and is specified in the warranty certificate or accompanying documentation.
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide the product and the relevant purchase and warranty documents.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer’s terms and the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. It does not cover cases excluded by the warranty certificate, including normal wear, mechanical damage, improper use or failure to comply with the manufacturer’s instructions.
A commercial warranty provided by the manufacturer or seller does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights.
9. Order cancellation
The customer may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched by contacting NEOTEMPO SRL.
NEOTEMPO SRL may cancel an order when the product is unavailable, the information provided does not allow the order to be processed or delivered, or payment has not been authorised. The customer will be informed, and any amount paid will be refunded in accordance with the law.
10. Personal data protection
Personal data is processed to manage orders, payments, product delivery, warranty services and communications with the customer.
Detailed information about the categories of data, purposes of processing and customers’ rights is provided in the Privacy Policy published on the website.
11. Liability
NEOTEMPO SRL is liable for its obligations within the limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
The company is not responsible for delays or inability to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including interruptions affecting banks, payment processors, courier services or events of force majeure.

The parties will attempt to resolve any disagreement amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute will be referred to the competent authorities or courts in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
13. Changes to these terms
NEOTEMPO SRL may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The revised version takes effect when published on the website and applies to orders placed after publication.
