Exchange and return of goods

The buyer can refuse the order at any time before delivery, after the purchase of the product - in accordance with the Law "On the protection of consumer rights".

Returning products with factory defects

If you have received a product that is defective, you can return it or exchange it if you save: the factory packaging, the receipt and / or the tax invoice.

 What product is NOT eligible for return

  • Products with traces of use, damaged packaging;
  • Any product for which the buyer cannot present a document confirming the purchase of the products in our online store (cheque, delivery slip);
  • No more than 14 days have passed since the order was received.

 Shades of return/exchange

  • The buyer is obliged to check the quality of the goods and the packaging at the time of delivery;
  • Upon receipt, the consumer signs the invoice. The signature presents a confirmation action, that you have checked the products: integrity, complete set and quality in general. Thereafter, any claims related to defects, equipment and appearance will not be considered;
  • If you received a product of inadequate quality, you can exchange or return it.
  • Transport from the buyer to the Relaxe warehouse is provided by the buyer. If the buyer wants the product to be picked up by Relaxe couriers, the delivery cost will be paid - Chisinau and suburbs - 150 lei, National - 4 lei/km.
  • Immediately after our storekeepers receive the mattress, checking its condition, a letter is written in free form with a return request indicating the main reason. The payment receipt or invoice is attached to this letter.

 Refund of money

  • Refunds to the buyer are made either in cash or by bank transfer within 14 working days from the date of the refund request.
  • To register an exchange or return of products, you must send an email to office@neotempo.md. In the subject line, indicate "I want to exchange / return the product", and in the text - the product that does not match. You must record the order number, full name and phone number specified during registration. You can attach a photo or a scanned copy of the order form: this will allow you to quickly carry out the exchange / return procedure.
