HISTORY
RHYTHM WATCH CO., LTD. JAPAN was established in 1950. Over the years, Rhythm have developed into a world leader in the manufacturing of time keeping products with the production of over 600,000,000 clocks and movements sold throughout the world.
What sets RHYTHM apart from the rest of the industry is it’s investment in the development of state-of-the-art features and designs. Rhythm’s approach is “Don’t follow, be a leader.” And that is what RHYTHM has done by developing features and designs that meet the needs of today’s lifestyle of consumers.
Since RHYTHM is a vertically integrated manufacturing company, we make what we sell. Total quality control is enforced from design concept right through the entire manufacturing process. This assures the outstanding quality of every piece of RHYTHYM timepiece.
RHYTHM not only produces and sells timepieces but also provide good after-sales service which makes customers trust in "RHYTHM" without any doubt.

CHRONOLOGY
1950 RHYTHM WATCH CO., LTD., JAPAN was established with one factory. Head office located in Tokyo. Manufactured alarm, table and music box clocks.
1952 RHYTHM WATCH CO., LTD. was awarded the M.I.T.I., the highest timepiece quality award by the Government of Japan.
1958 Company was awarded the M.I.T.I. again.
1963 Developed first plastic parts to be used in quartz movements in Japan. Was registered in the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
1965 Developed and marketed automobile clock.
1972 RHYTHM took the number one position in the world for clock production.
1976 Developed the first Quartz Alarm clock movement in the world powered with a small battery. Alarm clock design selected best in Japan.
1982 Awarded the Deming Prize for company-wide quality control. This is a world wide competition. Only 61 Japanese companies have won this honor since its establishment.
1989 RHYTHM U.S.A., INC. was incorporated.1990 RHYWACO (H.K.) CO., LTD. was incorporated.
1991 RHYTHM INDUSTRIAL (H.K.) CO., LTD was incorporated.1996 KOREA RHYTHM was incorporated.
1999 All overseas business from RHYTHM WATCH CO., LTD. was transferred to RHYWACO (H.K.) CO., LTD.
2003 RHYTHM INDUSTRIAL (H.K.) CO., LTD acquired ISO9002, an international recognized quality standard.
2004 RHYWACO (H.K.) CO., LTD implemented innovative strategy with new slogan, Real Time, Real Magic, Real Rhythm
2005 RHYTHM WATCH CO., LTD. JAPAN acquired ISO9001, an international recognized quality standard.
2006 RHYTHM regional conference started
2008 RHYWACO (H.K.) CO., LTD. upgraded global sales marketing office and showroom.
2012 The 1st RHYTHM world congress started.
2013 Achieved 11 years continuous growth.New Strategy “RHYTHM Global Timepiece” started.
2014 Achieved 12 years continuous growth.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing NEOTEMPO products. We guarantee the quality of our watches and provide warranty service under the following terms and conditions.
1. Warranty Period
🛡️ The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty is valid only upon presentation of:
- a properly completed warranty certificate;
- the defective product.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
2. Warranty Repairs
✔️ Replacement of defective parts and related labor are provided free of charge.
✔️ The repair period is determined individually by the service center and shall not exceed 45 calendar days.
✔️ The warranty period is extended by the time the product remains under repair.
3. Situations That Are Not Considered Defects
The following conditions are not regarded as manufacturing defects:
- 🔋 Discharge of the battery installed by the manufacturer. Battery replacement is performed free of charge; the customer pays only for the new battery.
- ⌚ Normal wear and tear of straps, bracelets, cases, buttons, crowns, and decorative coatings.
- 🕛 Misalignment of the hour and minute hands within 0.5 minute divisions.
- 🕒 Deviation of the second hand within 0.5 second divisions.
- ⚙️ Minor hand play within the manufacturer's specified tolerances.
- 🔧 Technical deviations that can be corrected through adjustment without replacing components.
- 💧 Temporary condensation inside the crystal caused by sudden temperature changes.
4. The Warranty Does Not Cover
❌ Products showing signs of improper use, including:
- impacts or mechanical damage;
- scratches, cracks, dents, or deformations;
- missing or damaged crowns;
- unauthorized opening of the watch;
- repairs carried out by unauthorized service centers.
❌ Damage caused by shocks, vibrations, or other external forces.
❌ Water damage resulting from failure to follow operating instructions.
Important: Watches marked Water Resistance are not necessarily intended for swimming. Do not operate the crown or pushers while the watch is underwater. This restriction does not apply to models marked Diver's.
❌ Damage to the calendar mechanism caused by setting the date between 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM.
❌ Damage caused by aggressive chemicals or solvents.
5. Warranty Service Will Be Refused If
- the product has been used improperly;
- the warranty certificate is missing;
- the warranty certificate has been completed incorrectly;
- mandatory information is missing, including the model number, date of sale, product serial number (if applicable), store stamp, or required signatures.
