Warranty Terms & Conditions
⏱️ Warranty Period
The warranty period for products is 36 months from the date of purchase.
For Swiss watches Swiss Military Hanowa an extended warranty applies:
3 + 2 years
- 3 years — provided by the store
- 2 years — additional warranty from the manufacturer
👉 To benefit from the additional manufacturer’s warranty, the watch must be registered on the official brand website after purchase.
The warranty is valid only when:
- a properly completed warranty card is presented
- the defective product is provided
✅ What is covered by the warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
✔️ Replacement of defective parts and repair are free of charge
✔️ Repair time is determined by the service center and does not exceed 45 days
✔️ The warranty period is extended for the duration of the repair
⚙️ What is NOT considered a defect
The following are considered normal:
- 🔋 Discharge of the factory-installed battery
(replacement is free at the service center)
- ⌚ Natural wear and tear:
- strap / bracelet
- case
- buttons and crown
- coating (gold plating, metallization, etc.)
- 🕐 Minor deviations:
- hand misalignment — up to 0.5 division
- second hand deviation — up to 0.5 division
- slight play of the hands within tolerance
- ⚙️ Technical deviations correctable by adjustment without replacing parts
- 💧 Slight condensation under the glass due to temperature changes
(a natural physical phenomenon)
❌ The warranty does not cover
Mechanical damage
- impacts, dents, scratches, chips
- broken or detached glass
- deformation of case or components
- broken lugs
- damaged crown
Improper use
- unauthorized opening or repair
- water damage due to improper use
- ⚠️ watches marked Water Resistance are not intended for swimming
- do not operate buttons under water
- (except Diver’s watches)
- calendar damage caused by setting time between 23:00 – 04:00
- exposure to chemicals or solvents
🚫 Warranty service is not provided if
- usage conditions were violated
- the product was used improperly
- the warranty card:
- is missing or incorrectly filled
- lacks model, date of sale, or serial number
- has no store stamp
- is not signed
- the warranty card appears suspicious

Proper use and care will extend the life of your watch and ensure your warranty remains valid.
