Warranty Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing NEOTEMPO products. We guarantee the quality of our watches and provide warranty service under the following terms and conditions.
1. Warranty Period
🛡️ The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty is valid only upon presentation of:
- a properly completed warranty certificate;
- the defective product.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
2. Warranty Repairs
✔️ Replacement of defective parts and related labor are provided free of charge.
✔️ The repair period is determined individually by the service center and shall not exceed 45 calendar days.
✔️ The warranty period is extended by the time the product remains under repair.
3. Situations That Are Not Considered Defects
The following conditions are not regarded as manufacturing defects:
- 🔋 Discharge of the battery installed by the manufacturer. Battery replacement is performed free of charge; the customer pays only for the new battery.
- ⌚ Normal wear and tear of straps, bracelets, cases, buttons, crowns, and decorative coatings.
- 🕛 Misalignment of the hour and minute hands within 0.5 minute divisions.
- 🕒 Deviation of the second hand within 0.5 second divisions.
- ⚙️ Minor hand play within the manufacturer's specified tolerances.
- 🔧 Technical deviations that can be corrected through adjustment without replacing components.
- 💧 Temporary condensation inside the crystal caused by sudden temperature changes.
4. The Warranty Does Not Cover
❌ Products showing signs of improper use, including:
- impacts or mechanical damage;
- scratches, cracks, dents, or deformations;
- missing or damaged crowns;
- unauthorized opening of the watch;
- repairs carried out by unauthorized service centers.
❌ Damage caused by shocks, vibrations, or other external forces.
❌ Water damage resulting from failure to follow operating instructions.
Important: Watches marked Water Resistance are not necessarily intended for swimming. Do not operate the crown or pushers while the watch is underwater. This restriction does not apply to models marked Diver's.
❌ Damage to the calendar mechanism caused by setting the date between 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM.
❌ Damage caused by aggressive chemicals or solvents.
5. Warranty Service Will Be Refused If
- the product has been used improperly;
- the warranty certificate is missing;
- the warranty certificate has been completed incorrectly;
- mandatory information is missing, including the model number, date of sale, product serial number (if applicable), store stamp, or required signatures.
